When we go through memory, we can notify that it is coming with both 16GB and 32GB internal storage. Each of them would have 2 GB and 3GB RAM respectively. Nowadays most of the smartphone manufacturers are not giving expandable slot for their users including Apple. But HTC will not disapoint you. It have an expandable slot upto 200 GB.
It comes with Qualcomm MSM 8952 Snapdragon 617 SoC. It is powered with 64 bit Octa-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Adreno 405 GPU . It will give smoother multitasking experience and more battery life.
Another notable thing on the HTC One A9 is that the HTC had tried to expand security via Fingerprint scanner. The fingerprint scanner is located at the front bottom of the smartphone which will look like home button in Samsung phones, but it is not. It's just only a fingerprint scanner. But it resulted in increase of Screen to body ratio (~66.8%). That doesn't matter. Security first, design second.
This time, HTC opts a rear snapper with 13MP BSI sensor with Optical image Stabilization and Sapphire lens cover for a much improved photography experience. And also having a front facing camera of 4MP with HD recording. The camera supports RAW format which will be more helpful to professional photographers mostly. It will let photographers to edit image adgustments by its effective and efficient manner. Speed up your videos up to 12x for a dramatic effect with Hyperlapse. But it doesn't support 4K video recording. The camera app is new updated version by HTC itself.
Battery capacity is 2,150 mAH sounds about on par (a bit below) than other contemporary
smartphones in its segment. It has Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ 2.0 technology which will charge battery 40% faster. (Quick Charge™ 3.0 coming soon.)
The smartphone is available at 4 different colors of - Carbon Gray, Opal Silver, Topaz Gold, Deep Garnet. But it may vary from place-to-place
HTC One A9 is available at US carriers at aprice of US $400. It will be available soon in other countries.
