The rumors revealed from the China noted that the upcoming new Samsung Galaxy S7 would have more stronger body than the Samsung Galaxy S7. The latter employs grade 6013 Aluminium (Al-Si). Apple went with a series 7000 Aluminium body or their new released Apple iPhone 6s and Apple iPhone 6s plus which led to the serious issue - Bend Gate.
The rumor states that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 would have a body panel made with MAGNESIUM alloy body which have to be seen rarely used in smartphone manufacturing. Also, there will be back panel of glass, which will give a premium look for smartphone. (We had seen the premium look of Xperia Z1, Z2, ....Z5 because of the back panel with glass, Just like that ).
Recently Meizu also produced a teaser which hints that there will be smartphone with Magnesium-Aluminium alloy body, named Meizu Blue Charm (Metal) smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy S7 could have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC in P.R.C and USA, and the unannounced Exynos 8890 chipset elsewhere. There is an expectation that Samsung Galaxy S7 would have 5.7-inch display with 1440x2560 px resolution. And also having a dual camera feature which is seen in HTC One M8.
Now, you are thinking off that what is benefit of using Magnesium Alloy body instead of Aluminium body. The answer is that it has so many advantages than the Aluminium. Aluminium is easier to bend the smartphone on the go, Bendgate issue of the iPhone confused its users, that was caused only by the usage of Aluminium alloy as body panel. Magnesium is bend proof and it will not have no more damages when it is dropped / fall down. It is too light weight metal and is helpful to prevent Hernia from the users by holding it.
