LG G5 features a 5.3 inch 1440 x 2560 pixels (~554 ppi pixel density) display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 4. Also, it has an Always-On display feature, which allows to see notifications without unlocking the device, according to company it will only use about 0.8% of battery power per hour. It is powered with Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 with Adreno 530 GPU. iT HAS A 4gb OF ram WITH 32GB of internal storage capacity which is optionally expandable upto 200GB via SD Card.
There is a lot of things to say about its camera. As we expected, it has a dual camera setup on rear panel with the design leaked earlier. It sports 16 MP (f/1.8) + 8 MP dual camera, with laser autofocus, OIS, LED flash and DSLR like technology embedded. It also features 1/2.5" sensor size, geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, panorama and HDR.
It has USB Type C port, which allows faster transfer as well as reversible connection. Also it features QuickCharge 3.0 which is capable to charge upto 83% in 30 minutes. It measures 149.4 x 73.9 x 7.7 mm (5.88 x 2.91 x 0.30 in) and weighs 159g.
One of the notable thing in G5 is its modularity. It has a Removable Li-Ion 2800 mAh battery, located at the bottom. Just pull it and remove. The device runs Android Marshmallow 6.0 with LG Optimus UX 5.0 UI. Also it includes an Iris scanner on front and a fingerprint scanner located at the bottom of rear camera.
The device will be available in four colors including Silver, Titan, Gold and Pink. Price and availability are not released yet.
